There have been some tough challenges recently. I'm trusting God that it will all work out.
I bounced back to work in my "Faith" journal. Above is one page of the spread that will be a step-by-step example in the upcoming art journaling online class.
Art really does reflect life, and what I love about art journaling, is that it gives a safe place to work through emotions and concerns with more than just words, things that can't be expressed in just words.

Hi Valerie, i just woke up, after finally getting a morning to sleep in til my body awakened naturally, and opened my blog posts...and found this. TRUST. My word. Your beauty. I am all mushy now and teary and I thank God for you. It HAS indeed been a struggle here lately, and it felt good to know that you understand it too. Hope. Faith. Trust. Journaling! Have a great day, and I look forward to learning more about your upcoming art journaling online course.

Thank you Kathy! I love that we are kindred spirits! You made my day!
DeleteThank-you Valerie, for giving me affirmation of what God wants me to hold onto. Thankful that I find encouragement when I visit your blog. God bless you!
ReplyDeleteThank you Valerie. My heart can usually trust that it will all work out, but quieting my over active thought process and getting my head to join my heart is often another matter. So thankful for you and all the others who bring the message back to me and remind me to trust and believe. So today I trust and believe that all will work out for you and for me and for all those we love. You are a shining light for which I am so grateful.
ReplyDeleteThank you for such a beautiful and timely reminder...I needed this today!
ReplyDeleteI love your art so much that I have given you a Liebster Award. The details are on my blog.
